The National Diploma in Fitness (NDIF) is a full qualification which enables you to work internationally as an Advanced Personal Trainer. The first part includes the National Certificate in Fitness (NCIF) modules which means that you will qualify as a Personal Trainer after completing Year 1 of the qualification.
This is a comprehensive qualification which includes exercise prescription for the young, elderly, elite athletes and those with certain medical conditions and disabilities. This qualification will provide you with a broad base of expertise which will increase your employment opportunities and client base, and therefore increase your earning potential.
Students may elect to enrol for the NDIF without first enrolling on the NCIF. The full NDIF programme includes all NCIF modules.
