Course Description

This course offered in association with the American Academy of Health and Fitness presents a coaching approach to assisting clients in achieving personal health and wellness behaviour changes. The course includes structures for coaching conversations, case studies and practical aids.

Lifestyles have changed dramatically over the past quarter century.

Centered on an evidence-based process for guiding change, this program offers a systematic approach to helping clients achieve enduring changes in their personal health and wellness behaviors through a supportive and forward-moving coaching relationship.

Shortly after registration with HFPA for a course from the American Academy of Health and Fitness (AAHF) you will receive an email from AAHF notifying you of a new account established for you on the AAHF website. You should follow the instructions in the email and log into that account to find your course materials and online test information. You should also expect other emails from AAHF.

Successful candidates will receive an American Academy of Health and fitness certificate and 20 CEC points.
