Course Overview for the SrFit Mature Fitness Programme
Offered in cooperation with the American Academy of Health and Fitness, this course gives those with a personal training or exercise background an opportunity to train older clients (40+), including understanding how the aging process affects them and identifying dietary changes that may help them meet their goals. Ultimately you will be well equipped to develop effective straining strategies to improve flexibility, endurance and optimal function.
