Course Overview for the Fitness Assessment & Exercise Prescription for All Ages
This course, brought to you in partnership with the American Academy of Health and Fitness, is specifically designed to enable fitness professionals to dramatically increase their knowledge of fitness assessment and exercise programming for clients of all ages. Not only will you learn how to safely and accurately assess different levels of fitness and abilities, but you will be able to draw on a number of training methods and skills to design safe programmes to match their needs and age.
You must hold a personal trainer or exercise science qualification to do this course
