It is delivered online by Ian Shippey, a leading life coach and mentor for top players of the Springbok Rugby team. This course is highly valuable for a range of people including athletes, sports trainers, coaches, and parents wishing to create a winning mindset for their children.

The Course is based on the research and methodology developed by the course author, Dr Patrick Cohn, a world renowned Sport’s Psychologist. The ASP is the first phase of the PPC (Peak Performance Coach) Certification.

It was an absolute pleasure working with my tutor, Iain Shippey. I learnt so much from him and HFPA’s insightful course. They were always willing to go above and beyond to help me in any way they could. Personally, my transition from player to coach has been made so much easier by being able to increase my knowledge in the sports psychology field. I highly recommend that every athlete and coach takes on this valuable subject to use in the sporting world.
