Bad posture forms when the body parts are not correctly aligned, resulting in a number of symptoms that can lead to serious pain and discomfort.
This course has been developed for qualified fitness professionals to understand the importance of correct posture. Upon completion of the course you will have an in-depth understanding of posture and be able to perform functional postural analyses, identify postural abnormalities and administer safe and effective exercises to correct poor posture and prevent injuries from occurring.
