Kettlebell training is one of the most versatile ways to train for overall fitness, strength and core stability. The Soviet army has used kettlebells as part of their physical training and conditioning programmes since the 20th century with excellent results.
This course has been designed for personal trainers and fitness instructors to create challenging strength and fat-burning sessions for their clients with the use of kettlebells. You will learn functional and high-intensity movements and exercises that can be incorporated into traditional weight training and cardio programmes or offered in a boot camp class format.

How is this course delivered? (Study mode & duration)
This is a 1-day attended short course that runs on a weekend. It takes on a very practical approach in a gym setting. You will be required to pass a practical exam upon completion of the course work.

Do I need any previous qualifications to enroll in this course? (Entry requirements)
In order to enroll in this course you must hold a personal training or exercise science qualification.

Upon completion of this course you will be awarded 8 REPS CPD points and will receive an HFPA certificate of achievement.
