Course Overview for the Advanced Exercise Science
This course, in cooperation with the University of Pretoria, provides an in-depth understanding of the different aspects of exercise science. It explores how the different systems of the body work together to keep an individual alive and healthy and looks at how exercise and diet can assist in maintaining good health
You must hold a personal trainer or exercise science qualification to do this course
